GOMOA ABLEKUM LACKS TOILET FACILITIES

People and residents of Gomoa ablekum in the central region have apealled for a public toilet to help increase sanitation in the area. Ablekum  is a town that share border with Apam along the sea belt with about 1200 inhabitants all using  only one toilet facility . The toilet which was built about 3 years years ago is full up and and leaks badly whenever it rains. the scent it emits especially when it rains makes it difficult for residents to patronize it as a result most of the resident are compelled to use the sea shore as a defecating site with others resulting to defecating  rubber bags thereby making the seashore very dirty.
Mr. j.k. Adams an assembly member explain he has being to the assembly several times but no help seems to be coming from them. insert
