NSASS HEADMASTER NARROWLY ESCAPES DEATH

The headmaster of Nsaba Presbyterian senior high school Mr. Anning Yebo narrowly escaped death when his Aztec car with registration number Gr -3008-13 caught fire on Monday 3rd august 2015 at 10am.

The headmaster was returning to his residence from swedru when his car caught fire while negotiating a curve at the Presby church.

He said "I heard people screaming master stop your car  is on fire” but when he decided to get down the gate wouldn't open and so got him trapped in the car but by the efforts of residents around, they forced the car open and got him out of the car and eventually quenched the fire that was emanating from the car bonnet before the Swedru fire service could arrive.

Speaking on what could have triggered the fire he said he there was a profuse smell of fuel in the car but he didn't pay heed to it because he had just filled his tank from the Duakwa filling station on his way to Nsaba. He however escaped without sustaining any injury.
